Terms of Service
BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
🐲 You're NOT allowed to remove my watermark from ANY of my works.
🐲 Only the clients (and myself) can reupload their respective commissions.
🐲 I have full permission to post the commission for promotional use (portfolio and that kind of stuff).
(If you want your commission to be private, you must let me know first)
🐲 I allow edits during the sketch process (up to 3), If the commission requires more than 3 changes (specially after the sketch) I will charge extra and the finished picture will be sent after that extra has been paid.
🐲 PAYMENTS 🐲
🐲 Payments only through Paypal by invoice.
🐲 Split payments aren't allowed (exceptions can be made).
🐲 All payments and prices must be in EUR/€
🐲 If you are from Spain I do accept payments throug Bizum too!
🐲 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY 🐲
🐲 My delivery time is from 1 week to 1 month.
🐲 If it takes me longer than the expected means something happened on my side, I'll let you know through DM ASAP!
🐲 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 🐲
🐲 As the creator of the artistic work, I am due credit.
🐲 You're not allowed to use my artwork on AI training.
🐲 You're not allowed to use my artwork on re-sell or use as NFT.
🐲 REFUNDS 🐲
🐲 Refunds are ONLY allowed if I haven't started working on your commission.
🐲 If the refund is REALLY necessary and it's asked halfway through the work we can reach an agreement.
🐲 Depending on the situation I will NOT offer a full refund.
